After aiding in the destruction of the Archdemon, Morrigan
disappeared for a time. She resurfaced in a most unlikely
place—as royal advisor on mystical affairs to the Empress
    of Orlais.
    Pg 78

Lack of comment of events during witch hunt deliberate? The warden finds her after she has disappeared, and sees her vanish through the eluvian (or possibly joins her - those still romancing have the option).

Normally, a lack of horns indicates that
someone is Tal-Vashoth, as many Qunari cut off their horns
after escaping the Qun way of life.
    Pg 86

No. Lack of horns is considered special and rare, and also considered threatening or dangerous in appearance. Saarebas have horns removed to show they are dangerous, and some Qunari cut off their horns to make themselves appear more imposing. Do you need references?

    He also
eventually settled things with his brother, bringing down
his crazed sibling and avenging his betrayal.
    Pg 89

Or he spared him and went in search for a sure - or Anders temporarily cures him, in which case there is an emotional exchange during which Varric swears he will save him.

to stop the First Enchanter, who had used blood magic
in a desperate attempt to defeat Meredithís soldiers. Though
the rebellion was put down, Meredith ordered her templars
to attack Hawke, claiming the Champion had been conspiring
    against her the whole time.

This is not the case, not in his comments in DAI, what we see in DA2, and not in world of Thedas. He fought with the templars and supported the annulment, however fought against her when she threatened and attacked her own people.
I think you're not quite accurate here. As the DA Wiki notes (with emphasis mine):

After Hawke's encounter with Ser Alrik, Cullen will admit that Alrik's "Tranquil Solution" had been discussed among the templars, and there are no plans to go through with it. Saying that the Harrowing has served them well enough and that it'll be up to the mages, if they push the templars to more stringent measures. He avoids saying if he supports it or not, by discussing the merits of the Rite of Tranquility and that there is an argument to be made about applying it more widely. Cullen alerts Hawke to the accusations against Aveline and participates in the resolution of the short-lived conspiracy to oust Knight-Commander Meredith.

Cullen and the other templars attack the Gallows after Meredith invokes the Right of Annulment. If Hawke sides with the templars, they will be asked to decide the fate of 3 mages who surrender. If Hawke asks Cullen for an opinion, Cullen questions the necessity of annulling the Kirkwall Circle. He says the situation in Ferelden was much more dire and even then they saved some of the mages. In response, Meredith asks Cullen if he will take responsibility if it is proven that their prisoners are blood mages, Cullen answers that he believes that is what being a templar is about.
I mean, Cullen even sides with you in fighting against Meredith. By the end of Act III, he's actively standing against annulment.

There is hot debate over the correct course of action here, so again, unless BioWare has an official stance on this...
This thread is way more useful if it is only errata, not quibbles with lore. If you would like to start a thread dealing with your problems with the lore, please do so.

And Bioware has signed off on this book, so they don't appear to have any serious issues with anything here.

Folks, we do love getting these corrections, but it would help greatly if you include page numbers.

It appears that Cole, Sebastian, and Stroud do not have a Willpower score. I have only glanced through the pdf so far and there are numerous other errors. Is there any chance that the printed version of this product will have these corrections?
