    Where can I find....

    Hey guys...
Parts of 2 powers for a character I am doing in Hero Lab, I cannot find.

    First one:

Fortunate Failure: Reaction Nullify (Effects Countered by
Coincidence), Broad, Effortless, Simultaneous, Close Range • 6
    points per rank.

    I cant find the 'Close Range' part, and;

Lucky Shot: Enhanced Extra (Perception Range), Variable
Descriptor (Attacks), Quirk (Limited to Lower of Attack or
    Extra’s Rank, –1 points) • 1 point per rank.

I can't find the 'Enhanced Extra (Perception Range)' in Hero Lab.

For reference, both of these powers are from the Power Profiles: Luck Powers book.

Oh yah...and where is Enhanced Advantage? I dont see that either.

    Thanks in advance!
    Graham C.

    Re: Where can I find....

I'm not at my computer with Hero Lab at the moment, but I think I recall enough of the interface. ^_^ As someone who once worked for Lone Wolf, I feel obliged to note that they do sell a package with all of the Gadget Guides and Power Profiles entries written up.

    That said:

I believe that comes up as "Flaw: Range", or perhaps "Flaw: Decreased Range" in the system. It basically allows you to reduce the range of Nullify from Ranged to Close.

This is a two-parter. For one, the Extra you're looking at will be something like "Extra: Increased Range". For two, you need something to actually add it to. Strength-Effect might work for you (it normally allows adding Extras to your Strength bonus, but will work just as readily here) or you can grab my "Naked Extra" user file (just drop it in the System Data directory) and that will work. Lastly, the Power Profiles/Gadget Guide package has this implemented, I think a bit more elegantly than mine.

Hero Lab bundles up a bunch of different items under Enhanced Trait. From there, you can add to Attributes, Powers, and Skills, and add Advantages. For historical reasons, I think they still have Enhanced Attribute as a separate power entry.
