    Question On Lairs and Locations

Now I know there's a rule where you can make a duel-sized base where it's a different size inside than out, sort of like a tardis. But what I'm interested in is a base that has no exterior WHATSOEVER. It has no physical location and has to be accessed remotely. (specifically by utilizing a spell that allows any door in the world to open into it) How would you tackle this?

Use the Sealed feature for your installation, and Dimensional Portal (if it's in a different dimension). Otherwise you could add (as a power to the installation) Teleport Other, Portal, and probably Extended.

For an extradimensional "pocket dimension" lair, I'd say you'll need both the Sealed and Isolated features. Concealed is also recommended, as (in this context) it prevents other dimension travelers from locating the lair. Dimensional Portal is optional, because you may also reach your lair using your own Dimensional Movement effect.
