    M&M 2e; I'm new in M&M and want to know if I build these set of powers correctly

    Hi, I'm new to M&M 2e (or any, really), and I'm wondering if this set of powers are correctly built before presenting to the GM. The idea is to have a Power Suit (Phantom) that specialized in infiltration similar to Ghost (from Iron Man) and, in a sense, assassinations, while having a power core to increase the efficiency of some powers. The idea of the power core is to have something similar to Star Trek when the Cap says something like -all power to the shields-. The PL of the campaign is 8. I also want to know if its too munchkin or is not that bad. Without further ado, the build.

    Boost, especially the boost any trait version, is one of the big red flag powers of 2e. Even the core book warns about it, and slow fade means that in practice it's permanent (it'll always last as long needed).

    I can't find any errors after a look, but the build is also complicated, and if you ask me, needlessly so. I suggest noting the ranks of powers before and after activating the power core, which will also make it easy for your GM to determine what your character is capable of and whether it meets PL limits. I think there are some minor powers that don't really fit the concept (Regeneration, mind shield, magical teleportation awareness, etc.), and a lot of point-shaving with nearly everything being arrayed -- a big warning sign for me, but whether or not something is 'munchkin' is ultimately something for discussion between you and your GM.
