    2E Teleport Questions

Question 1: If the "Anchor" flaw is chosen, is there any reason to get more than one rank of teleport since you can only teleport to one location?

Question 2: Does the extra "Affects Others" mean you can only teleport one other person, or as many as you can touch?

Thanks in advance for the help!

I'm pretty sure you still need enough ranks to make it there, or else you can't use it.

Per the description of Affects Others, it gives one more person the ability to teleport without without you. Progression lets you increase the number of subjects you can affect.

This extra allows you to give someone else use of a personal power. You must touch the subject as a standard action, and they have control over their use of the power, although you can withdraw it when you wish. If you are unable to maintain the power, it stops working, even if someone else is using it. Both you and your subject(s) can use the power simultaneously.

If the power only affects others, and not you, there’s no change in cost (a +0 modifier), essentially a combination of Affects Others and Limited (only others). You can increase the number of characters you can grant the power to simultaneously with the Progression power feat.
You could also use the Progression feat to increase the amount of weight you can carry, which would let you also teleport someone else at the same time as you without giving them the ability to teleport independently.
