They're really compelling and are serving to inspire me to run a game of M&M3E. I did want to ask if you ever plan to provide full details for the world where this all takes place?

    Thank you for the kind words! I'm glad that I could inspire you to run a game of your own.

    As for the setting, it's probably a bit of a letdown; the world this takes place in is a slightly more technologically advanced version of ours, with one key difference. In 2010, something happened that resulted in about 0.0001% of the population gaining superpowers. A large part of the campaign is navigating a world where all these powers suddenly appeared, and dealing with the groups that got themselves established faster than everyone else.
