Thanks, the Terminus always fascinated me as a setting so as a writing exercise I figure i work on expanding it a bit.

Time Master Ka
Asking when Ka was born is like asking "What came first? The chicken or the egg?". Time has such little meaning to him that not even he knows his true timeline anymore. His was one of the first dimensions devoured by Omega. He fought to keep his domain, but all timelines and all actions pointed to being devoured, so he had to submit. No match for Omega or his forces, he kept a low profile in the Terminus while Omega reigned slowly building up his power base and assembling forces in the Warp Wold away from Omegas attentions. His ship itself became a sort of myth by those who inhabited the Warp Wold, but no one was sane enough to have enough credibility to spread it very far. He also found a baby space dragon egg and took it as his own to be his guard dog in a sense. Simple in nature, he bent it to his will and made it fiercely loyal to the point where he had his own gigantic space dragon as big as any capital ship at his command. Still, it wasn't enough to challenge to Omega in any scenario he tried.
After Omega's fall, he knew that he wouldn't be a major power, but he could be a power player and king maker for various factions. Several forces tried to take his ship and dragon as their own, but he was always one step ahead of them either not being in the expected spot or having a trap planned. Eventually the other inhabitants of the Terminus stopped trying to defeat him and let him be. Some of the factions tried to recruit him to their side, but he refused everyone. His ship was seen around Nihilor for a short while, but slowly crept away seemingly without doing anything. In reality, he tried every possible way imaginable short of him going close to the planet to master the Doom Coil. Upon all the millions of possibilities failing he decided to stew on it.
Through all his frequent victories and mastery of time, he developed an arrogance to rival the biggest egos of all time while still knowing his limits. A common target of his is the various factions to recruit them by coercion to follow him. He saw a future where with a big enough force he could take Nihilor, but getting that force was hazy. Something much more powerful than him, maybe entropy itself, was blocking him. So, he tries and is soundly defeated mostly by his own arrogance every time. One of the curses of his power is that each time line allows his foes to also reset their choices. As a consequence, he lets it play out for fun sometimes and to break the boredom that comes with immortality.
Refer to Cosmic Handbook 3E Time Master.
Arrogant beyond belief, he could make everything impossible to defeat for his foes, but instead always gives a chance for them to get ahead a little. This is mostly done because he loves to see his foes squirm and is entertained by them thinking they are close to victory only to lose in the end. On the rare occasion he can't reset time quick enough and falls in a battle, he just comes back to life a short while later. In many ways, he is like a child who plays with his food instead of eating it.
His ultimate goal is to gain mastery of the Doom Coil and thus the Terminus so he can rule all. He longs to be the master of space and time instead of just time like he currently is.
Ka's shipis a massive and heavily armored ship with the inner core being time dilated such that it can be any size or configuration. The external part is mainly for show and used for the machinery that powers the spherical drone ship creation.
Fido is Ka's pet space dragon, with the same stat block as the Cosmic Handbook 3E. Kept dumb on purpose, it was only trained to fight and devour Ka's enemies.

This is an awesome setting.

Thanks mate. It's a fun custom setting to work on as time permits.
Professor Nice's Fighters
Not content to build just drones, Professor Nice also experimented with fusing sentient creatures with machines by transplanting the minds of subjects into fighters. It was so succesfull and more powerful than any drone or AI powered force so it became a common request which was gladly obliged as long as the subjects came in still.

Annihilist Madigral Martinet Cult
Annihilist Madigral Martinet
The faction controls 25% of the Terminus and is locked in a battle with the other Annihilists to take a majority of the Terminus as its own. Driven by the cold hearted and tactical Madigral Martinet, this faction of all others is the most feared for its ruthless tactics, complete disregard for honor, and endless drive for total domination of the Terminus. On of the scariest weapons the factions yields is technology to make its ships undetectable by sensors. When they want to be seen, it is a warning or usually too late. To most, its objectives are simple power, like most factions. To those in the know still living in hiding and some floating rumours there is much more behind Madigrals Martinets push for complete ruling of the Terminus. To the inner most circle of its top generals, a prime motivation is to make Madroga suffer, bring him to his knees, and make him swear fidelity to Madigral Martinet like he did Omega. Any love that was there is gone with all that remains being obsession. To this end, the faction directs a large part of her efforts in conquering Annihilist Mandroga's forces and territories giving only token, but still formidable, attention to the other parts of the Terminus.
Post Fall History
Off "training" on a world being decimated while Omega fell with his top Annihilist Steelgrave, Madigral Martinet knew that directing her armada to try and take Nihilor was futile. There was too many who would go straight for the Doom Coil. Rightly anticipated, the planet became the floating grave yard for many powerful forces. Instead, the armada quickly sprung into action taking smaller worlds of strategic value such as the one housing Omegas mystic academy and off world drone armory. Having secured this tiny holding very quickly, the brilliant minds Madigral always kept around her as war council went to work strengthening the armada into one of the most poweful forces in a short time. They even managed to make their leader even more powerful through magical augmentation.
When the dust settled and space around Nihilor was filled with those stupid enough to ignore good tactics, Madigrals forces had already swept up nearly a quarter of the Terminus using some of the planets as examples by wiping out whole populations. Those who saw her forces coming sometimes sent notes of surrender long before the grand armada arrived. They still lost a tenth of their population as a test of loyalty. Eventually, the armada established a main base on a frozen planet inhospitable to life where its capital was established. Establishing a home base on such a barren and hostile world only added to the reputation of the armada and its leader. Also around this time, Madigral tried to reunite with her former love Mandroga in an attempt to take over the Terminus together. She was rebuffed in the cruelest way, a massive attack on her new base by his army of dragons.
Winning the day, but losing her heart, Madigral's generals assembled and where given a new directive to destroy Mandroga. Crushed, she still had the presence of mind to have some of her forces continue taking smaller worlds as to not tip her new plan. Day by day, the faction grows in power and inched ever closer to bringing Mandroga down. Of course, if she could get the Doom Coil under her control it would end all the battles, but everyone is doing that and the odds of success are low until her mages find a way if ever.

Annihilist Mandroga Cult
Harsh but fair, Annihilist Mandroga drives the faction with a sense of honor and duty to reunite the Terminus back under a single rule and to than work to take Nihilor back for the Doomcoil. So far, 25% of the Terminus is under this faction and of all the options, aside from self rule, it is the most preferable one. Mandroga keeps the council of very few and has slowly built up an army of dragons who lead the charge in his attempts to conquer everything. While honorable, anyone who crosses his forces are severely punished. Whole worlds have burned in the flame of his dragons because they dared to rebel or not follow a direct command from Mandroga. As a result, members of the factions are extremely loyal to Mandroga and the directive to unite the Terminus under him. One of the most noticeable attributes of the faction is that its army is comprised of a large contingent of space dragons and mystical ones bred by Mandroga. Coming into battle, it is not uncommon to see Mandroga at the head riding on one of the dragons.
Post Fall History
Mandroga was off world hunting down a rebel base being setup by the Furions when Nihilor was attacked. He came as quickly as he could to render aid with his retainer of five dragons, but it was too late. Omega had fallen already and the forces kept in check by Omegas power smelled blood and a power vacuum they were all too eager to fill by taking the Doomcoil. Instead of staying around to fight though, Mandroga took his dragons and forces to his off world base Fuego Draconis to regroup and plan his next moves now that his oath to Omega was irrelevant. On its way out from the pandemonium around Nihilor, the force made sure to leave a lasting impression by having whole ships torn apart by the five dragons retainers. Some tried to follow in hopes of taming the dragons, but they became the dragons snacks.
With his most trusted advisors, Mandroga decided to take the Terminus as his and become the new Omega except more honorable and faithful to entropy. If he could prove himself, the Doomcoil, he figured, would submit to him. Dispatching his forces in all directions, he gave them the simple directive to conquer and burn all those who refuse to submit to his rule. With a dragon at the helm of the four forces, they quickly took a quarter of the Terminus before running into serious resistance that caused them to regroup at Fuego Draconis and to reinforce the border worlds. Mandroga, for his part, set out to recruit more dragons to his cause with great success. Some tried to burn him and others eat him, but everyone he tamed and brought to heel forming the largest ever group of space dragons and magical ones.
While at a war council meeting, Mandroga was informed of an entreaty from Madigral Martinet to join forces and rule together. Too much had transpired though and what love he had for her had vanished as her tactics got colder and more ruthless. Instead, he treated her as a threat and sent his dragons to burn her world to the ground only to be rebuffed by her massive armada and superior tactics. Since that day, he tries to avoid direct conflict with her forces focusing on his own conquests, but everyday his borders are tested.

Annihilist Dreg Cult
One could be forgiven in thinking that Annihilist Dreg wasn't as bad as the other two former generals of Omega who also have a 25% share of the Terminus. Paradiso, the capital planet of the faction, is a paradise with everyone happy and living an idyllic life that is the envy of the rest of the Terminus. All outward appearances indicate, that the planets who join the faction joined willingly without any form of coercion. In fact, that is parroted by his messengers and the word is spread around every place in the Terminus. While his fleet is impressive, it mostly seems to act as a peace keeping force for the planets under the factions sway rather than an occupying army. Underneath it all though is the psychological attacks and deception on a grand scale that is in some ways worse than the other factions. Dregs mental powers almost felled Omega a long time ago before he bent to Omegas will as the Psyops general. Now those powers are used via proxies in some instances to take whole worlds. To the Terminus, he spreads a message of peace, but underneath it he wants control. The faction is most reknown for fighters who voluntarily join up to fight in the games he regularly hosts.
Post Fall History
Before Omega fell, Annihilist Dreg was an anomaly among the Annihilists. He employed psychic powers and lead the covert operations of Omegas armies. When Omega fell, he was on Paradiso training the next group of mentalists for Omegas armies. After one of them remote viewed Omega falling, he decided to setup shop on the pleasure planet with his trainees being his proxies and evangelists for his message of "peace". Dreg's influence spread like a virus through the Terminus causing worlds to come under his sway by the mere arrival of his messengers. Those not fortified by fear of the other Annihilists easily fell prey to Dregs insidious mental prowess. Once taking a quarter of the Terminus, he started to wain in power so decided to slow down his spread to recharge his energies.
Mandroga and Madigral Martinent both saw his rise, but took what they could before confronting him. In this vacuum, he solidified his power base and lured the greatest warriors into his arenas to prove themselves. If they won, they were given a chance to join his forces. As such, Dreg grew his armies from the greatest fighters in the Terminus showering them with pleasures beyond their wildest dreams and planting his mental control at the same time. For anyone watching, creatures flocked to join Dreg's armies based on his raw charisma, but to those with mental powers, they knew something was up. Those who knew, didn't live long.
Annihilist Dreg on numerous occasions has tried to absorb the weaker factions, but when they joined up with the Independent Alliance or other faction with mental prowess he was rebuffed. Sometimes he would send his forces in on the pretext he was attacked with enough manufactured evidence to alleviate any doubt, but sometimes he let it go for the time being. Mandroga has attacked Dreg's forces a couple times, but the battles generally ended in stale mates. Others also have recently made advances, but often times the forces not aligned with the former annihilists fall under his sway soon enough.

Keepers of Knowledge
World-Library of the Source Book
Tomen the Archivist
If knowledge was truly power, the Keepers of Knowledge would be gods. Instead, the Keepers tread lightly. Throughout the Terminus, members of this group are known to popup where needed to distribute the required knowledge and disappear just as quickly. Principle among the members, aside from Tomen, is Scrivener Jones who handles tasks off world and coordinates the lower members as Tomen is too busy in his work. While limited to one world, no one is foolish enough to attack the groups home planet for fear of the awesome powers ascribed to the Source Book. Even Omega in his prime dared not attack the planet. Everyone thinks the groups motives are purely knowledge attainment and charity, but underneath it all is an obsessive drive to figure out how Tomen could not see what was going to happen to Omega and to keep a balance of powers through pawns who are given just enough information to act.
Post Fall History
Tomen was organizing his collections of histories of the proles when a hurried Scrivener rushed into the collection room. At first, Tomen was incredulous upon hearing of Omegas fall. Surely, an event that large couldn't be hidden from him. Not even the shadow worlds that can cast blinding spells could hide such a monumental event. So, Tomen had Scrivener teleport back to Nihilor. Fierce battles raged all around the planet as it was consumed in entrophic flames. If not for the protections provided by the Source Book, he would have been just another victim. Even hearing the horrible account didn't sway Tomen. So, he did what he hadn't done for far too long. He left the World Library. When he saw the destruction and savagery taking place around the planet he did another thing he hadn't done for a very long time. He cried.
Back at the World-Library, he spent the next little while scouring the books and pleading with the Source Book for answers. While the Annihilists took territory, his head was in the books. Despite his search, he came up blank. Nothing even referenced Omega and Nihilor falling as it had or even the remote possibility of it. Instead, the contents of the book and his writings bared out a much darker picture. At the end of the wars now raging for control of the Terminus and the Doomcoil, was a terrible secret he kept to himself*. The sheer horror of it was too much for anyone to bear. So long as the wars raged and control was split though, many might die, but the secret would not come to be. There was hope if a group wth the right intents won, but they would take much longer to build up strength and could only rise if balance between the current warring groups kept at stalemates.
To keep the balance, Tomen recruited various creatures throughout the Terminus to be his eyes, ears, and mouth for the Terminus as a whole. He had to know more from his books. The new recruits were for spreading information as needed. The outside would see it as Tomen doing what he has always done. Even lower level members would see themselves as emissaries of the knowledge. Only Tomen and to an extent Scrivener would know the truth.
*The secret is left up to the GM
