The last line is sort of unreadable as it is covered by the “The Freedom League: Lady Liberty” banner at the bottom.
I'm reading it and the line above for clarity as 'and in her quieter moments, Sonja worries she has somehow “broken” the power she inherited.'

The text is selectible in the PDF and indeed, it reads "Sonja worries she has somehow “broken” the power she inherited."

p 60: Under Top 20 Wealthiest Freedonians Jonathan Grant is listed at #8 despite being dead.
p 77: Under Hidden Histories, the first "T" is formatted oddly compared to the rest of the text.

p 114: In the Did You Know? sidebar it mentions "Knowledge (business, current events, history, or Freedom City) check". That should be "Expertise" under the current system.
p 115: Under Layout "The Scarab's is constructed..." Missing "lair".
p 116: Under Observation Room "It was once decorated with indoor palms and tropical plants, but were removed when the Lair was abandoned." Probably should be "but they were".

p 129: "Serena Vervain (Seven) has also cultivated some herbs with mystical uses in the gardens, with Mr. Summers’ permission." May sound a bit too present-tense for the current situation.
    p 129/130: Duncan Summer's picture doesn't match his description.
p 138: Under The Cape and Cowl Club "The club’s neutrality may be an accepted rule among its members—and enforced by them,—or it may be enforced from outside by the club’s mysterious owner." Bolding mine.
