Do you mean "comic" as in "funny" or "comic" as in "Hey, kids, comics!"?

Classic American TV cartoons comes to mind as far as the humor angle goes. Maybe the character can manifest a gargantuan hammer from behind their back, and use it to knock foes across a room (leaving stars spinning over their head, naturally.) Or the character can run across small chasms provided they don't look down. That sort of thing.

Going for the "comic strip" angle would likely have more options; I'd think any sort of "power" one could point to in an actual (or in-game) comic strip would be fair game. Calvin in Calvin & Hobbes having an "imaginary friend" that can help out, Linus in Peanuts wielding an ordinary blanket with near-prehensile ability, etc.

If you mean "comic" as in "comic books," well, in a supers setting, wouldn't all powers pretty much fit that categorization?

Cartoons and comic strips are what I'm going for mostly.

    Question Re: New power descriptor(comic)

How would COMIC powers be countered anyway?

Ambush Bug is a DC character and one of the very few that has fourth-wall awareness like Deadpool or occasionally She-Hulk in Marvel. He actually doesn't have a power or feature for this (save for the In A Game Complication), but he does have

Deputy Continuity Cop: Senses 1 (Continuity Awareness)

so that's a literal comic power that is actually published.

Other powers that might fit that descriptor could be "gutter-jumping": the ability to move from frame to frame on a comic page without having to assume travel time or method (I'm quite sure I've seen She-Hulk do this), or a form of mind-reading based on reading people's "mind-clouds" when their thoughts are printed.

A immortality variant might be appropriate as well!

Precognition, with a limit that it only applies to an awareness of Genre Tropes. Actually gave a character this, once, despite the fact that she wasn't capable of breaking the Fourth Wall.
