Hard to say but I'm partial to the Braveheart and any of the Lord of the rings soundtrack. The band Celtic Woman is okay too.
Are you asking about movie to listen to to get into the mood or spark ideas before game, or to play during sessions?
My wife had a suggestion that works for both: One of her old GMs frequently used Cirque du Soleil music during game; various tracks work well for fights, traveling, downtime, etc. And most players won't have the same ingrained mental associations with the music that they would with a blockbuster movie soundtrack.

When I was reading the free intro chapter for the book I was listening to music from Record of Lodoss War and man I got pumped to play BRAGE!

I was indeed speaking of playing music during game.
Head over to Pandora and try these 4 stations:
- Instrumental Irish and Celtic
Irish Christmas
Instrumental Folk
Instrumental Chill
Literally all I listen to lately. Irish Christmas has a ton of great surprises. Would love to know if anyone finds something similar but more 'moody'/melancholy. Looking to possibly use these tunes while playing to create ambience and need variety. (now I see that you're meaning to do the same Kieran, lol, men don't read thoroughly all the time...)
Btw new here, first post! My girl grew up on romantic fantasy and we're really looking forward to Blue Rose. I read the description/intro to the PDF to her and she just kept nodding her head. First tabletop RPG, here we go!
I have a Premium Spotify Suscription. I will seek your suggestions.
