    Background:
    "Jonathan Francis" growing up was more of a street rat. He got by, by being unseen. When the green light filled the sky things changed. He found this out accidently while trying to pick someone’s money pouch. He touched them and all hell broke loose. His body was wracked with pain as he started changing becoming a perfect copy of the person who he touched. If that was the only part of it, he might have been amused, however in doing so his mind was filled with another conscious. He became a passenger in his own head, unable to do anything or regain control. He “became” his target in both mind and body. He knew from that day he was cursed by God for his ways. It took a while until his body and his mind reverted back to his original state of being.

    Feeling such remorse, and never wanting to go through that again, he hung himself. After the constable found him, removed him, and turned him over to the morgue and buried, he awoke buried alive. He clawed his way out of the grave, much to the horror of a couple there visiting their loved ones or making a loved one, and fled into the night. He knew he killed himself, but for the life of him he couldn’t tell you what he saw or didn’t see while he was dead. All he knew was a week had gone by.

    He fled into the Scottish Highlands and found out, no matter where he went he could perfectly understand anything that was said to him. So he knew that he was cursed to never die, to always suffer if he touched another being, to be possessed by that being, and to always understand whatever was spoken to him. He took to wearing clothing that fully covered every inch of his being. He kept moving from location to location hoping to find some way to end his curse which led him back to merry ole England. He heard of an angel that was helping those who have been blessed or cursed by God and made his way there. He is currently a newly arrived Scottsman to the city and recently heard the cries and incidents of the events of the past few days.

    Jonathan is 5'8 and 155 lbs. He has Red hair and emerald green eyes. He has a haunted look about him, and always is covered in clothing with very little skin showing.

    Utterly Mercenary...But How You Pay is Unclear
    The Skydoor has worked for just about every major entity and/or faction in the Forever Tree; he seems to show no favoritism. However...no one knows why he does what he does, as genuine, meaningful communication with the Skydoor is a maddening exercise in frustration...!

    The Skydoor is originally from the Rootthrone. He has a 'son' named Khaos (who works with the Epimetheans [a band of dimensional art-thieves]) and a 'daughter' named Stasis (who works with the Red Sons [an anti-hero team devoted to upkeeping the multiverse no matter the cost]). As both Khaos and Stasis were conceived asexually and're also living tears in space/time, the Skydoor feels zero parental concern for his accidentally-spawned children.

    The Skydoor is a living Deus ex Machina, existing to facilitate multiverse-wide explorations. He's not native to any specific reality, and is, in fact, a special creation of the Worldfather. He is also not affiliated with any multiversal faction, having worked for just about everybody down his long epochs of life.

    What is the Skydoor's goal? Why, that's up to the individual GM to decide. In my Forever Tree capaigns, he's secretly looking for a specific cosmic entity, but...YMMV.

    History
    Erzsabet was of low birth. Her early life was spent in toil. Though they found out the girl was anything but a weakling. She could lift heavy things for more than enough time. Some saw this as a blessing. At least her father did. He was a blacksmith and trained his daughter in the ways of the smith. Though she didn't quite catch on, she was more than helpful around the shop. Being an only child and a female, her mother found her working on male jobs disturbing. Where would their blood line go? Erzsebet was made to sit in boring lectures about how to be a proper woman. But she really didn't care. She noticed the how the guys looked at her when she worked. She wasn't going to be hurting for a suitor.

    But that was not to be. The Green Star took any chance of having any life. The Star 'blessed' her with the power of evil! In a flash of dark light, she spread wings and an evil aura. Those that didn't run from her tried to kill her! She flew away from home. Far far away. Ever since then she's heard voices in her head. They tell her she is Satan's child. That she is to bring death and destruction. She has learned to tune them out.

    She also learned to expand her repertoire of demonic tricks. At first she only had the ability to summon an evil sword (the voices called it Deathbringer) and to spit poison. Over the last two years she's learned many things, like how to hide her horns and wings. How to see in the dark. How to understand and speak to other no matter what language they speak. Though what really scares her is the powers that she just finds out with out trying, the Unholy Powers.

    Complications
    Distraction: The voices in her head are there and some time make it hard to think
    Enemy: The church. It considers her one of the vilest kind of creature.
    Holy Ground: Not that she's tried it herself, but she's pretty sure she'll weaken and die if brought there. The sight of holy symbols and sound of church bells already spook her.
    Motivation: Doing Good. She can't change who she is or stop it, so she might as well use her powers for a good cause!
    On the Run: She doesn't stick around long when people find out what she is.

    Born a sickly, small child. Catalina grew up in a caring family who doted on her. She got away with most of everything seeing as her parents were of noble blood. But the big miracle was that she could pass this on. She could cure people and bless them in God's name.

    In reality, God never visited her. It was a mix of her powers from the green star flaring up mixed with her dreams of daily life. It just presented itself as miracles. There was even a heavenly glow every time she used them. Such was her mental block. People came from miles around to see the one who was given the gift of God. This eventually caught wind of the church who came to see His works through her.

    Well...kind of. You see, without fire to prompt it, the Woman in Glass is just as vulnerable to death as the rest of the cosmos. However, as has just been discovered in the PbP game, fire is effective with Angelique even after her death. Thus, Immortality rather than Regeneration...

    Furthermore, though no one (even Angelique!) knows it, her mind contains a 'telepathic maze' that confounds psychics attempting to contact the mind of the Woman in Glass!

    As Aum, he may break asunder galaxies on a whim. He sometimes forgets that Om is NOWHERE near as powerful. This makes Om often wildly underestimate his opponents!

    This is a secret Om will never divulge, as Aum will dissolve Om rather than let the process pass to another's craftsmanship.

He's also incredibly friendly, unendingly polite and fatherly towards those who follow him. The Star Corps is viewed by Om as family, but he won't ever coddle them.

    Om doesn't get along well with the Solar Lion and the Solar Lion's Sungods. An ancient 'misunderstanding' has led to millions of years of frosty barely-civil rivalry.
