    Tweaked Cap based on Bladewind and Jemal suggestions. Please look back and see if anything hasn't been addressed well enough. I'm fairly certain the math is correct but by all means please doublecheck.

    I'm not sure what the PP should be but can add those after the "original build" passes muster.

    On a similar note I don't think I mentioned anyone Neo probably doesn't have planned in world already but Natasha (imagine the Winter Soldier relationship went more intimate) and Logan (from a great story of he and Cap meeting in WWII X-Men comic I believe) are at the top of the list with Red Skull and Hydra an also must have.

    I understand the ease of Burst for the Shield but really feel Ricochet and Multi-attack simulate the comic book effect better. I love the stunt for the Shield and will definitely be borrowing that with Warmachine hopefully. Security Clearance is through Homeland Security. They quickly realized the value of having Cap as an asset given the Merge situation.

    Caps benefit is more a GM toy. Supes and Cap have to be the two heroes most all the pre-Merge people and Merge characters would feel they could look to trust. It's as much a complication as a benefit and I hope Neo has fun with it.

    By my reckoning, everyone has three power points earned - that means Cloud Strife and Captain America can add those extra points in.

    I have no issue with that, but I don't actually think its needed. The only person that needed a medic in recent events was Nightwing and she recovered on her own...

    I have no issue with that, but I don't actually think its needed. The only person that needed a medic in recent events was Nightwing and she recovered on her own...

    Mmm. But if things get dicey again, and it will, we'll need that extra boost. Just saying. I mean, it wouldn't take much for retooling, she already sorta acts like the party healer anyway. Just after the fact. It'd be nice to have something during the battle as well.
