    Star-Spangled Shield
    Damage Resistance 8
    Extra: Ranged

    Qualities
    Man Out Of Time
    Super-Soldier Program
    More Than Just A Shield

    Build notes
Ok so it can be a little tough getting levels just right for Cap. It's tempting to put him very high in a lot of these areas but I'd prefer to boost him with Specialities. Also there has to be a reason to use the Shield and not just his raw strength. I decided to add "More Than Just a Shield" as a quality because the scene where Batroc says "I thought you were more than just a shield" is a textbook example of a bad guy using a hero's Quality to cause Trouble, specifically removing the shield from the fight. On that note, from the action sequences I've looked at it feels like Cap is going to be earning plenty of Determination from being deprived of his shield because he loses it in most fights.

This is basically Cap for all the contemporary movies he's been in (The Winter Soldier, Civil War, Avengers, Age of Ultron). It doesn't feel like Cap changes much between these movies. For First Avenger he'd have a sidearm (Shooting 4) and his Shield would be much weaker (Damage Resistance 5 and no Ranged extra).

EDIT: Thanks to Talison I updated the character sheet to add Art as a speciality.
Consider "I Can Do This All Day" as a quality? I can see it being useful whenever he's taken some hits or when he's being stubborn.

Yeah that's a good suggestion for a Quality for Cap. I have tried to keep to only three qualities as much as possible but I think that's worth adding in.

Wow that's the one film I haven't seen yet!

I think Ant-Man is the last guy I need for the Civil War airport fight so I'll try and get him done soon. He has some tricky, weird powers that I'm still not sure how I'll model (particularly throwing shrunken objects that regrow).

          Ant-Man
Real Name: Scott Edward Harris Lang
          Origin: Gimmick

          Abilities
          Prowess: Fair (4)
          Coordination: Good (5)
          Strength: Average (3)
          Intellect: Fair (4)
          Awareness: Fair (4)
          Willpower: Average (3)

          Stamina: 6
          Determination: 4

          Specialities
          Sleight of Hand
          Stealth

          Powers
          Ant-Man Suit
          Shrinking 8
          ->Limit: Max Only
This feels like it's about right. Scott can get down to microscopic levels if he pushes himself.
When shrunk Scott gets a +3 bonus to attack and defence.

          Pym Particles Disks
          Shrinking 7
          ->Extra: Growth
          ->Extra: Affects Others
          ->Limit: Others Only
          ->Limit: Max Only

          EMP Communication Device
          Servant 3 (Swarm of Ants)

          Qualities
          Ex-con
Trying not to be a deadbeat dad

          Build Notes
Oh man I rushed this build out. In many ways it wasn't as hard as I thought modelling the Pym Particles Disks. I could add a couple of modifiers such as Reversible or Temporary but I need to watch the movies more. There might be a rationale for adding the Ranged extra as well. I'm not super happy with the EMP Communication Device build but ants are kind of a pain for that. I think modelling them as a swarm works ok. He particularly uses them for transport. In the second movie I'd almost consider making this a quality as a kind of pet sidekick.

For his infamous giant man moment in Civil War I'd say he would simply stunt Growth 8 off his Shrinking. This gives him Strength 8, Damage Resistance 8 and -2 to defence and hide tests. Arguably this could be pushed to 9 but there are no real benchmarks for the Growth power as far as I can tell.

Placeholder for Civil War Airport Fight

            Cast of Characters
            Captain America
            Falcon
            The Winter Soldier
            Hawkeye
            The Scarlet Witch
            Ant-Man

            vs

            Iron Man
            War Machine
            Black Panther
            Black Widow
            Spider-Man
            Vision

Oh man this is going to be so much work!

            Weird stuff
Falcon uses Redwing to take Spider-Man out of a fight (invoking the Redwing Quality to Retcon or cause Trouble for Spidey)
Hawkeye distracts Iron Man to allow Scarlet Witch to take him down with TK
            The whole Giant Man scene
Vision Interposing with Density to protect someone else (I think War Machine)

For Flight, we don't see her use it often and when she does she is not particularly good at it. I was going to handle it as her just using activating it as a Stunt based off Telekinesis when she absolutely needs to. A Stunt can grant you temporary access to another power which seems to fit perfectly to me.

As for the Illusion, I was sort of thinking Emotion Control since she seems to be putting the team into states of anger or fear in Avengers 2. Illusion works though, regardless I would use the Limit of Touch since she had to be close to them in the film.

Regardless, thank you for posting these characters as they are great for helping learn this system.
Thank you Bram. I definitely think your approaches are absolutely valid. I would even say Scarlet Witch can't fly in Age of Ultron (after all she needs rescuing from the falling city by Vision) and doesn't start to learn it until the final scene at the Avengers compound. She uses it at least once in the opening Lagos heist in Civil War but as you rightly say she's awkward and power stunts would represent that fine.

Good catch with her Illusions power, I've made it Close Range Only. Emotion Control is totally valid as an alternative and honestly I was really close to modelling it with Dream Control. I think as long as we know what we want it to do each of these are valid approaches.

I'm really pleased these builds are helping you. Same here to be honest, I'm using them to learn Icons.

                Build Notes
Another rushed build and I probably missed a few things. Initially he doesn't have a staff and uses knives and so on which can be represented as slashing weapons (maybe Strike 5-6)? I guess he could even power stunt them off his Sleight of Hand mastery. I haven't given him the Magic power but I probably missed a few things and there may be sufficient rationale to justify it. Most of what I remember is easily covered by the Images and Transformation powers.

                  Build Notes
I'm trying to get something built quickly that I can refine later. If I'm anywhere near accurate with this then Strange comes out as pretty much the toughest character I've created. I think I could even up the power of his Cloak if I wanted to. I'm using his True Master of the Cloak of Levitation Knack for various little things it can do. Strange pays a DP and it does things like defend him, distract foes, even fly when he's unconscious.

Some typical uses of magic would be things such as Astral Projection, Constructs, Force Fields that affect others, Dimensional Travel into the Mirror Dimension and so on.

I'm guessing Wong would be vaguely similar with some hand to hand skills and different artifacts.

                    Build Notes
This one is a little tricky as it's tough to accurately gauge his levels. It seems that everyone in a cosmic setting is simply working on a higher level than typical Earth-bound heroes. I haven't bothered with his universal translator because there isn't really an appropriate power and it seems more like a conceit of the genre. I'd probably model the Hologram Projector he uses on Morag as a form of Postcognition. I also haven't bothered statting up his ship, The Milano, but I might do that later.

I honestly wish I had more for this character but I fear she's not particularly well fleshed out in the movie. I also notice that both her and Ant-Man seem particularly effective when small and I was wondering how to model it. Right now I think I'll just leave it here and hope that shrinking and prowess handle it but if I get more ideas I'll come back to them.

Well ... while I'm here I might as well post what is guaranteed to be the most difficult character to model.

Thanos is a beast and I need to use the Cosmic levels from A-Z to model him.

                            Thanos

                            Intellect: Fantastic (9)
                            Awareness: Amazing (8)
                            Willpower: Supreme (10)

                            Stamina: 20

                            Powers
                            Titan Physiology
                            Immortality 10
                            Damage Resistance 10

... and now let's try and model those pesky Infinity Stones. I am using X to represent the ranks of his powers. X is equal to 10 + the number of Infinity Stones Thanos possesses. I had considered using this value for Thanos' Strength, Willpower and Damage Resistance level but I think it works better with these all capped out at 10. Each stone has a theme and base power but where it gets interesting is how he can spend DPs to use them in different ways, even combining the power of multiple stones. I think once he gets all 6 stones I'd more or less treat him as a plot device.

                            Power Stone
                            Blast X

                            Space Stone
                            Teleport X

                            Reality Stone
                            Images X

                            Time Stone
                            Time Control X

We don't really see the powers of the Soul Stone or Mind Stone used but again we can think of most of them as a Cosmic Power pool for stunting. In a game modelled around Infinity War he would be generating DPs for the heroes by the dozen and that would be very fitting for this kind of epic story where every character needs to be on their best game.

                            Qualities
Obsessed with bringing balance to the universe
                            Loves his daughter, Gamora

                            Build Notes
Obviously this is going to be fairly controversial and just one way of modelling Thanos. He's very difficult to get accurate and I'm sure many GMs would treat him almost like a plot device. In the movies though we do see characters affect him so I felt giving him some stats was worthwhile. Now I can try and write up the battle on Titan.

As I mentioned in the Star-lord build, it's often difficult to put solid numbers against cosmic-level characters like the Guardians. Drax is clearly an amazing hand-to-hand combatant who is hugely strong and resilient but it's difficult to get a comparison to some of the better known characters. I could up his strength, resistance and knives another level but I think this feels about right.

About to work on Gamora and Nebula. It's notable that all of these characters (including Drax) are a mix of high prowess, strength, coordination, damage resistance with low levels of leaping and regeneration.

Looking at how I'd model Gamora makes me think I need up make Drax a little tougher. I think I have to give Gamora Incredible (7) Strength due to some of the feats she exhibits. With this in mind I think I have to increase most of Drax's stats from Incredible to Amazing.

Of course now I've been thinking about Yondu's crazy arrow power and I honestly can't come up with anything better than a Blast 10: Shooting with Burst extra ... and honestly it feels more powerful than that. It's certainly displayed as ridiculously powerful in the movies.
