  • Support for Icons?

I got a copy of Icons at Gencon (the nicely done Assembled Edition) and we're gearing up to try a game - chargen tonight, the first adventure is next week. Is anyone aware of tools to help running Icons at the table - collections of some of the key tables for fast reference, or blank/printable character sheets?

There is a Game Master Screen, available here for $1.00. In addition, there is a Hero Creation Quick-Sheet here for free.

Unofficial Assembled Edition character sheets are available here, in both blank and form-fillable versions. They're towards the middle of the page.

    Hope that helps.

Celestial, the wiki is great - I found plenty of usable character sheets. I had missed the screen on RPGnow. Thanks much!

I am working my fingers to the bone on something you may have seen at GenCon in prototype....Steve and I are just very very busy in this post-con season.

        Stay tuned, true ICONS believers!

The wiki is not working. I can't believe neither Ad Infinitum or Green Ronin has a web page with a character sheet, resources and product release info about the game. How is possible the game doesn't have a character sheet?

I'm no expert, but in my experience the Ad Infinitum facebook page does reliably provide updates about new "Icons" publications. They're just comparatively infrequent now. With regard to a character sheet, it really is too bad that the "Icons" Wiki is currently down. It had several.

I'm not sure what your other reference to "resources" mighty mean specifically. But the Icons Wiki was replete with all sorts of useful resources. Hopefully, it'll be back up soon.

Fainting Goat Games have released a character sheet for 50c at http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/produc...eet-Stark-City - there is also a cosmic version at http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/produc...r-Sheet-Cosmic - both are compatible with ICONS Assembled Edition apparently.

Hey - thanks for the shout-out

Yes - both are compatible with AE. And - we just released a printer-friendly version today.

Also - all 3 sheets are available for free/Pay What You Want

                  Re: Support for Icons?

Wikispaces went from free to a paid format for non-educational wikis. It took some time to work things out with the original wiki creator/owner for Ad Infinitum to sponsor putting the wiki back up but it's available again at:

                  http://icons-truth-justice-and-gaming.wikispaces.com

The Assembled Edition and Hero Creation Quicksheet downloads (available from DriveThruRPG/RPGNow) have have a form-fillable character sheet added to them. The Hero Creation Quicksheet is a free (pay-what-you-want) download.

I make every effort to announce Icons news on my own blog with the "icons" tag:

                  http://stevekenson.com/tag/icons/

As well as on the Ad Infinitum Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/AdInfinitumAdventures

I might miss some third-party stuff from time to time, as I'm not always notified about it myself.

If I am not being bothersome could you answer a couple questions regarding Icons Support?

Are the new rules and the great revisions you done on the Reassembled edition as open as the original Icons? Like for instance the wikispace page you just shared here has all the rules from the old edition of Icons, so I feel a clarification can help would be contributors.

Speaking of which, is there a easy and painless way to create content in let's say, a blog format to Icons as a third party and share with the world and this forum without breaking any rules? What would be the best way for a would be supporter to approach helping Icons get more content/articles about it?

The game is about to be released in Brazil and I run a (relatively) big blog there about Super Hero RPGs and I wish to support the release the best I can.
