  • Anyone else find an old account they forgot they had?

Apparently I was active on the pre-ATT boards for about a month back in 2003 under a different username. I had all of 11 posts before disappearing off the boards. I didn't find this out until I got 2 emails about changing my password.

I had two logins as well, I completely forgot one of them. Go figure.

Ditto, but I only registered my real one on this forum. I built a new id back in the day when I got locked out by accident: Apparently there was a technical glitch.

Does forgetting one even had an account count?

I'd been active on the ATT forums for a while, but after a long absence was told my account time didn't exist anymore. Was quite surprised to see an e-mail advising to activate that account over on the new boards.

The board is really slow today, and it keeps giving me "Server is busy" messages. I hope this is only because you are transferring over the old Atomic ThinkTank board. If not, I hope you get the problem fixed soon.

Nope, I'm getting in just fine, have been all day. Hmmmmm, maybe your internet has gremlins in the tubes, blocking them up.... That's how the internet works you know: Its a collection of tubes & occasionally these tubes get blocked.

It's a direct copy of this post posted somewhere irrelevant. Spambot, methinks.

It just stood out to me because it had very little to do with the current topic. And this is at least the fourth time they've tried this, although prior attempts involved posting into more recent topics...

I beat you to reporting that one.... What is it about this thread exactly that attracts spammers?
