    Tactical Maneuvering: Spend a Hero Point to allow another character to act immediately afterwards regardless of their place in the turn order. If the character has already used up their actions for the turn when this advantage is used then Extra Effort is needed for them to act again.

    Something to give a strategist, intelligent, and leader type heroes to let them manipulate the battle field a bit more without being too cheaty. It's sort of like Seize Initiative you use on others, though can be used multiple times but only allows the target to move during the User's turn rather than the very start.

      Motivation: Recognition: Arya is caught in the shadow of her oldest sister Aisling. While she loves and admires her sister the woman's monstrous levels of power and skill leave Arya feeling inadequate.She seeks to prove herself and her own worth seperate of both her sister and her family as well.
      Relationship - Team Shadow Star: Arya's team. Under the oversight Magistra Kagehoshi Degozaru she and her teammates Rus Kaf and Yulia Atyanas train to become stronger Ministra.
      Responsibility - Avicci: Arya is a member of the ancient house of Avicci, a family that can trace their line back to the First Age. The family is known for producing powerful Espers and gifted talents, the ultimate example being Aisling. As a member of this ancient and proud family Arya is expected to retain a high level conduct and reputation befitting even her minor standing amongst the family.
      Rivalry - Yulia: One of her teammates, the two ofent end up butting heads due to their polar opposite tastes and personalities. It's rare that the two agree on anything, and many times the two bicker for hours over even the most minor of things.
      Weakness - Psychometry: Arya's cloth is linked to her, it can be used to target her with affects and damage to it also harms her. If the cloth she makes breaks she feels as if she's been maimed.

      Notes
      An original character for my setting - Part-Time Magica.

      Arya is a young girl who became a Ministra, someone who takes part time jobs protecting the city from monsters, to prove herself. She is qualified as a D-rank Ministra and quickly ends up forming a team with her fellow D-rank Ministra Rus and Yulia.

      Arya is very prideful and meticulous, valuing honor and her reputation very highly. She often clashes with her fickle and impulsive teammate Yulia. Arya has a taste for the high life as well, her upbringing making her ignorant of many things about working life and the struggles of the lower class. She holds herself to a very high standard, her motto being “It is not one tree that makes a forrest nor a single moment that defines a life. That is why i do not seek to achieve greatness, I seek to become it."

      Arya's relationship with her teammates is rather complicated. The group cares for each other but the dynamic between each of them is very different depending on the combination. Arya respects her team's leader Rus, she admires the fencer's poise and level-headedness. The two however are not actively social so when left alone they simply provide the other with space and do not make conversation. She has a bad habit of not second guessing her own conclusions unless given clear reason to. She builds up things she considers impressive and is disappointed with the reality or dimishes things she looks down on and can be taken by surprise when they are not so worthless as she thought.

      With her teammate Yulia however Arya is very antagonistic, the two butting heads whenever they can. The two have different tastes in nearly everything, from favorite foods to outlooks on life. Despite this they are very alike in mentality, and usually both are able to quickly understand the other even after they make strange leaps in logic. They often go out of their way to provoke the other into an argument or debate over some opinion. Even when not arguing they usually speak in sarcastic and confrontational tones that do not match the contents of their discussion, making it hard for anyone to tell if they are actually fighting or having a friendly chat at times.

      To their Magistra, Kagehoshi, she is deferential in the field but finds the woman's flipant attitude irksome and does not appreciate the teasing and pranks that often get played on her by the Kunoichi. She is aware of Kagehoshi's achievements, and deeply respects her level of skill and dedication to her work but often times her mental image of what such an increadible person should be is broken by the real thing acting immature or petty.

      Notes:
      The art used for the character is drawn by myself.
      Arya is classified as an Evoca type Ministra, what is essentially an "Elemental" type who has control or can generate and manipuate something inanimate.


      Custom Advantage
      Sweeping Strike - After landing a successful hit you can do a trip attack as a move action provided you have not used your move action that same round. Your attack inflicts its normal damage and counts as the initial attack check required to trip your opponent.

        Disability - Prosthetic Eye: During the crisis that caused her powers to manifest Yusin lost her left eye to shrapnel.She eventually made a replacement but her prosthetic is clearly artificial and has low resoultion and off color vision.
        Motivation: Doing Good: Yusin seeks to make the world a better place through her position as a hero and public presence. She often tries to bring up varous importan causes and unknown problems she's trying to generate support for. Among them is a reform of the current Hero System, to make heroics a better paid and more beneficial career option to fight the rapidly growing villain rates among parahumans.
        Obsession - Lost Family: Having her family broken up during the escape from Korea Yusin seeks to try and locate where her father and sister are and if they are still alive. She also had many extended family members she wants to find as well, and has located a few, though her main goal is her sister.
        Reputation - Net Idol: As an Idol Hero Yusi is rather well know, including her civilian identity. While she isn't sponsored by a single producer or agency she still does make many public appearences.Many other heroes don't take her as seriously due to her side profession and even other idol heroes don't really see her as an Idol.
        Responsibility - Online Persona: Her internet personality is something Yusin needs to maintain as it has become part of her brand. Part of that is publicizing and acting in character during her fights. During public appearances she does need to maintain her status as a Gamer as well, accepting fan challenges and needs to remain on top of current gaming news including making the time to play the majority of popular releases as soon as they come out.

        Yusin is one of many Korean refugees who fled the country after the fall of Busan and the conflict between both Koreas that came soon after. Yusin was 7 at the time but still recalls the events clearly due to the emotional impact of her family being split up in the desperate escape from the warring country. It was a months long and traumatizing ordeal to eventually reach the Americas with her mother and aunt.

        Her childhood on the American west-coast was unremarkable save for financial difficulties which only got worse a few years in with the disaster of Japan in 1999 leading to a flood of new refugees and migrants. This led to her family moving further inland and eventually settling in Texas for greater opportunity as her mother remarried, an act that while Yusin could understand did drive a wedge between the mother and daughter.

        The next major event in Yusin's life was the incident in which her powers manifested. At the age of 16, and traveling to meet some extended family she'd managed to track down the area she was staying in was attacked by an group of terrorist villains who were holding her, and many others, hostage with plans of attacking the city with stolen TALOS technology that had been partially modified by them. During the days long standoff the stress of the situation and the toll of the captors neglect and in some cases abuse caused her to manifest powers. In her case it was the ability to create advanced technology. Seeing as she was unlikely to be saved in time and that the terrorists were likely not to capitulate even if their demands were met Yusin took matters into her own hands.

        She was able to escape her captures, hijacking one of the TALOS Walkers and re-purposing it to her own design. The whole thing culminating in single-handedly taking down the terrorist cell and stopping the TALOS Walkers from attacking the city after reactivating.

        Eventually, in the aftermath of the notoriety gained from her initial heroic stunt, Yusin became an pseudo celebrity and her pre-existing website and videos gained much more traffic. Seeing opportunity, and also not wanting to simply abandon her previous hobby, Yusin embraced her new status as an internet idol.

        Gameplay:
        Yusin has a few custom features. Mecha Attunement which was an old advantage from 2e Mecha and Manga allowing a power to be used through a mecha. In her case however I decided to add it for her personal skills instead.

        She also has the custom advantage of Tactical Maneuvering which is detailed in the house rules post on the first page.

            Disability - Does Not Social: The Child Soldier, having grown up in a war torn environment did not develop proper people skills and is often completely baffled by civilian customs and morals. He does not understand simple things like restraint, recreational items, and how to resolve conflicts non-violently.
            Enemy - Illuminati: The Child Soldier is tasked to to protect the VIP in response to a threat by a large secret organization seeking to either kidnap or kill her, thus they must go through the Child Soldier to do so.
            Relationship - VIP: The VIP is probably the first person his own age, who was not also a child soldier, that the Child Soldier has interacted wtih regularly. Despite their conflicts and disagreements the two slowly grow to care for the other outside of a professional capacity. The Child Soldier often goes to them for advice on how to deal with the many daily issues he faces his training did not cover about normal civilian life.
            Reputation - Crazy Military Nut: Due to his many overreactions and penchant to use soldier lingo the Child Soldier has not been able to be discreet. His classmates recognize him as a crazy stalker of the VIP, or a millitary otaku, his reputation is rather poor among the students or others his age he is forced to interact with to remain beside the VIP.
            Responsibility - VIP: The child Soldier is often hired or recruited to watch over a young VIP based solely on their similar ages and his ability to accompany her to school. He is tasked to defend her against any threat, something that she often objects to for many reasons not the least of which being his definition of threat not being anywhere close to hers.

            From the war torn front-lines comes the Child Soldier, a youth who has known nothing but the strife and chaos of war and distinguished himself to king and country there. He is the perfect soldier, loyal, efficient, and incredibly skilled in all things military and he's been chosen for a special mission only he can do... to protect the VIP, a young girl of great importance who is the same age as the Child Soldier. In order to do this he must face an entirely new battlefield he that nothing he's experienced could have prepared him for, Highschool.

            As a boy who's known nothing but war the Child Soldier is rather naive and ignorant of the world outside his perspective as a soldier. He is constantly baffled by civilian practices, especially those made for recreation as he has never had the chance to experience even simple things like toys or deserts in his life. It's usually the self appointed duty of the VIP to try and educate him about the world, even if she is also learning herself.

            The child soldier is usually the first and last line of defense for the VIP against threats she is unaware of. He has been chosen by either his countries leader or a secret but benevolent organization to act as her stalwart guardian and will do his duty to the fullest regardless of the risk like any good soldier. Due to the secret nature of his mission he can't expect too much help if any however.

            Often the Child Soldier has more to fall back on than their own personal combat ability and has a mecha of some kind to fight similar mecha or giant monsters to protect his client. In this case a Heroic summon with both Feedback and Self-powered should be added to appropriate ranks (usually 10). This mecha is experimental, a new prototype, so is both powerful but also comes with it's own draw backs due to either untested tech or the pilot's own inexperience with such incredible devices.

              Complications
              Disability - Idiot: Even beyond her lack of education, formal or informal, Aiowenobe is still somewhat dim. She tends to be too trusting, even when suspicious she can usually be bought off with sweets. She is also fairly overconfident, even boastful, in various skills she's terrible in such as her Intimidation.
              Disability - Speech: Due to growing up on her own from early childhood Aiowenobe has extremely impaired speech. While she is able to understand simple English spoken plainly she is completely lost on less common words or when someone speaks with a heavy accent or too quickly. She also has issues speaking, often mispronouncing words and taking a several seconds to formulate a sentence more than a few short words. She sadly also has a bad habit of biting her tongue when attempting to talk.
              Monstrous: With red skin, glowing green eyes, horns, and a spaded tail Aiowenobe fits the stereotypical appearance of a Demon.
              Relationship - Young Blood: The two have always been together and are incredibly close. Gremlynn would do anything in her power to protect Young Blood, valuing his life more than anyone else's.
              Wild Child: Aiowenobe has very little understanding of social norms and acts rather feral. She eats with her hands, often strips off uncomfortable clothing, attacks or threatens people she doesn't like, and does not recognize things like "Property" or "Personal Space".

              Notes
              A small demonic looking child who has been on the streets since before she learned how to speak. She has no memory of where she came from or what she is, simply her name, that she isn't a human, and that humans tend not to like her.

              She is a feral child, often acting like various types of animal. Affectionate as a dog, curious as a cat, shy as a bird, and as mischievous as a fox. The girl has little knowledge nor care for social norms even after having lived with humans for several years.

              Aiowenobe is a young Case 53 child who had woken up in a hostile and unfamiliar world. Having come to in the heart of the Latin American Empire, a conglomerate of fiefdoms that were once Central American states that had been taken over by parahumans, there were many factors at play to work against the child. Every day was a struggle to survive, attempting to find food, avoiding paranoid humans, and escaping attempts to capture or kill her by local parahumans. Her first few weeks of consciousness were a terrifying and traumatizing time for her, the girl coming close to death many times and was isolated the entire time. It was only after a being captured by parahumans did she meet her eventual companion Young Blood, a then nameless and voiceless child parahuman who was similarly fleeing the people of the area. The boy rescued her and the two quickly partnered up, becoming inseparable and highly protective of the other.

              Overtime the two made their way north, eventually crossing the border into Texas.

              The custom advantage provided to her acts similar to the Attractive advantage, though rather than offering a bonus against those finding her attractive it works against those who would find her cute.
              Her Tech control does not violate PL when combined with her fast grab, rather than activating as a reaction it will only work on subjects already in a grab, using her normal attack bonus instead of unarmed.


              ===== Tactics =====
              Tactics - Before Combat: Often tries to lure in targets by mimicking sounds they would investigate. Often this is bird calls for hunting or cries from opponent's allies.
              Tactics - During Combat: Shies away from direct combat on her own, most often looking for a chance to escape. When she does have back up she fights defensively, hiding nearby and doing hit-and-run attacks or running interference for her ally's offense. Only when she's confident she can win will she take gambles, use combat maneuvers, or use creative power tricks. When desperate or cornered she will go for an all out attack to scare away a purser and refrain from taking any other risks.

                      Obsession - Fashion!: Rather obviously the Fashionista is obsessed with all things fashion, high and low, counter and popular, ironic and normal. Often times many people don't understand her works, or even find them insane and weird, but she doesn't care. She also has a need to make her outfits perfect and to fix any fashion disasters in her sight.
                      Quirk - Melodrama: Any small thing tends to earn a great reaction, because if she does anything she must put her everything into it.                       The Fashionista, a common character archetype in highschool and media aimed at young girls. She's a passionate and emotional girl, giving her all to her art.

                      She is often depicted as vain, egotistical, melodramatic. Depending on where she falls in line in terms of alliences with the main character the rest of her personality can differ dramatically. She's rarely an antagonist or villainous in her own rigtht, though she may start out nominaly against the protagonist. More often then naught she's an alley, and given more positive traits to balance out her negative ones which are themselves usually shown more as quirks than character flaws. She becomes hotblooded when her craft is concerned, working herself to exaustion in the pursuit of perfection. They are usually not seen as very intelligent though just as often are not portrayed as being exceptionally dimwitted outside of minion variants. They are fairly charismatic regardless of the variant, being rather popular and well liked among their cliques.

                        The Male Star Athlete can be either villainous or heroic, the villainous version is normally the default in series where the main character, the New Guy, is a male. He can also be villainous should the female lead, the New Girl, be romantically involved with someone else, in which case his position tends to be in the form of an unwitting minion to the School Girl Nemesis or a romantic rival for the male lead to try and attract the New Girl.

                        The Female Star Athlete is almost always heroic, and at worst serves as rival or temporary enemy. She most often appears with a female lead character or sports series as the tocken girl and The Ringer. She's a tomboy with a distaste for girly things, acting like one of the boys and a need to prove herself as not just as good but better.

                        The first combat capable of the HS Stock characters built they hit all the required caps to fight.

                          Disability - Babohorangi: For all her fearlsomeness Zahira is... remarkably dim. Her level of intelligence is about equal to the average 5th grader, a rather generous estimation. Despite her obvious idiocy Bengal not only does not realize her ineptitude but will confidently act on her stupidity.
                          Motivation: Hedonism: Zahira really only cares about her own comfort. She acts as a mercenary to get the money required to support her easy living and get a good fight when the need hits her.
                          Obsession - Predator: A cat's natural instinct to hunt is strong in Zahira, the feeling of stalking and killing prey is almost drug like to her. She will seek animals to hunt, often toying with them, before killing them.
                          Quirk - Narcissism: Like any cat Zahira is supremely confident of her self assumed superiority. She does not seem to believe it is possible for her to fail and does not accept it when she does.

                          A young parahuman with a bestial power. With monstrous power and an apatite to match she's an opponent that few would want to face.

                          Normally a rather energetic and friendly girl Zahira is a ruthless killer when the urge to hunt strikes her. She follows "The Rule of The Jungle", where one has the right to kill and eat their prey, seeing this as the natural order. While it would be a lie to say she does not enjoy this, it would also be a lie to say she is cruel or callous or that she feels any animosity towards victims. She has only recently been able to grasp the consequences targeting unpowered humans, but only in so much to believe that targetting intentionally is often more trouble than it's worth.

                          Zahira loves to fight, or more specifically she loves to Hunt. She often prioritizes facing off against a powerful opponent over completing more intangible or less immediately pressing goals. If she ends up facing them in a fight she will declair her intentions to kill and eat them in a cheerful manner. If she hears about one who isn't aware of her presence she will instead attempt to stalk and ambush them instead.

                            Addiction - Battle Junkie: Helena is a fighting maniac and loves nothing more than the thrill of battle and the hunt. She will often charge after dangerous beasts or warriors to try and fight them regardless of the current circumstances.
                            Honor: Helena has odd morals, while willing to mug pedestrians she is disgusted with those who target the weak or torture others. She always fights fair with no hidden tricks but doesn't react with more than mild annoyance, if at all, should her opponents cheat. And despite acting like a bandit she does not accept payment beyond what she feels she's earned or asked for. She is especially protective of children.
                            Quirk - Easily Satisfied: Helena only cares about eating, fighting, and sleeping. She views anything more a waste and a hassle, often she will choose the more immediately, and physically, satisfying reward regardless of the value of the alternative. This leads to her being easily bribed and often choosing a buffet currently in front of her over several thousand dollars paid out later.
                            Weakness - Magic: Helena's power is not all encompassing. Often times certain effects can completely bypass her enhanced resistances depending on thier functions. Usually this is through direct magic attacks.
                            Weakness - Willful Ignorance: Seeing no reason to bother Helena does not even try to be clever in most circumstances or educate herself. While capable of thinking her way out of problem she will always choose to simply brute force the solution no matter how terrible an idea it would be simply because she doesn't want to bother using her head. She is likewise rather uneducated, having a very spotty and more often then not completely wrong idea of how the world works.

                            A frighteningly powerful parahuman, Helena's is a well known name for those who keep track of cape affairs.

                            Born a slave Helena's early life was a constant struggle for survival. Forced into mock gladiatorial fights from childhood she knew almost nothing but constant violence and blood. From her fellow slaves to wolves to bears, Helena killed without mercy and hesitation to climb to the top. However as she became a young woman and her looks turned the heads of those overseers she was then forced to kill her owner to defend herself. Not willing to let such a thing stand the other overseers decided to have her killed, throwing her into a ring with a monstrously large beast. The Nemian Lion.

                            The creature was nigh unkillable, it's claws able to cut through steel and it's hide breaking any blade that struck it. Helena nearly died to the beast herself, but in the end she was able to fell it by abandoning her weapons and shield to wrestle the beast to death. Before her captors could stop her she used the beasts claws to carve out it's heart to devour it, gaining it's incredible power for herself. She slaughtered he way through her former captors to escape, seeing the sky and the outside world for the first time.

                            Helena is a much as her moniker would imply. Like a lion she's a powerful predator, but also lazy and proud. She does not hide, she does not compromise, she will do as she pleases with supreme confidence that none can stop her. She often simply finds herself lazing about in luxury until the itch to fight strikes where upon she will go seek a suitable challenger.
