Also, I always imagined her as more African American.
Ultragoddess is biracial Cuban and African American descent with the Lois Lane EXPY of this universe being Cuban American. Funny how that works.

      And awesome pics, man!

      Bravo!

Read the third book. Posted a review on Goodreads. I think it's probably the weakest of the three books. It was enjoyable, and had some very funny bits, but it felt a little overstuffed, too many things happening in a short amount of time, characters being introduced and eliminated within pages. Some of it may have been meant to model the frantic pace of Gary's life, but it made things occasionally bewildering, with me going back to prior pages to see if I missed something.

Thanks Fuzzy Boots. Loved your review. The book was originally going to end with a "Assault on Helm's Deep" style ending (with the antiheroes playing the role of the orcs) but I felt it was better just to end with a straight cliffhanger.

I think all of your criticisms were fair but I'm still glad you enjoyed it.

I have to agree with Fuzzy Boots that it was the weakest of the three books.

It was too short and felt a bit... idk rushed(?).
I liked the other two books better.

Understandable opinion. Ultimately, the book was victim of the fact it had two substantial rewrites in the middle of the story, in the fact the original novel lacked Other Gary and was going to end with the death of President Omega, setting up Lord Enropicus invading Earth. Ultimately, it became a case of both characters insisting on more screen time and the ending was one where even as I wrote the end of it--I felt the need to spare Other Gary to give him more time to be dealt with.

What followed was also another book's worth of storytelling which really is more the second part of this book but would have doubled the size of it.

I appreciate you picking the volumes up anyway, though, and hope you enjoy the SCIENCE OF SUPERVILLAINY every bit as much as the first two. If you also have any remaining trust, you might want to check out my other two released books STRAIGHT OUTTA FANGTON (basically the Supervillainy Saga for satirizing the vampire/urban fantasy genre) and the entirely serious CTHULHU ARMAGEDDON (post-apocalyptic Western sci-fi!)

I look forward to learning more about all those above, but must admit to being particularly fascinated about the Medallist Family; part of me wants to know if the local Michael Phelps has finally been allowed to pursue his True Calling (Fighting Crime across the Seven Seas while Battling for the Throne of Atlantis) or if he has been less lucky than his counterpart on Our Earth and been obliged to win MORE Medals!

The only thing I find impossible to believe in when it comes to this picture is that Aquaman and Michael Phelps are lazing about by the side of that pool rather than racing their hearts out for the Joy of It!

                            • Oh, I did a post on my blog giving a short summary of the setting.

                              SUPERVILLAINY-VERSE: THE SETTING

                              https://unitedfederationofcharles.bl...BJ1IiSB3WSo6QA

Thanks everyone for those who stayed with me through the Tournament of Supervillainy and other books. It's set for a 12 book series now.

It's also been an Amazon best-seller.
