Using perception range on a burst

    why do you even need it to be perception range? The effect seems like something that would just affect everybody whether you could see them anyway. Area effect will hit everyone pretty successfully. Subtle will make it nasty anyway. For radiation add insidious and incurable.

        Also, Perception range is hundreds of feet, generally. Burst is 30 feet for +1 ppr, 60 feet for +2 ppr, 120 feet for +3 ppr, etc.
