Very cool work. I definitely feel these designs strike exactly the right chord for modern superhero cartoons, somewhere between anime and a more classical western animation style. I personally prefer the older style (ie Filmation), but in terms of getting across the expected dynamism while expanding commercial viability of these characters in popular media, its perfect!

Thanks. I think you just explained why I much prefer the style of this version of the software over the latest revamp.

Anyway, gonna take a break, but I'll be back this weekend with more characters from MyDCU.

Re: BS Digital Q's Fabrica de Heróis Gallery (Goldrush, Majesty, Shamaness, Techno-Girl, Witchbane)

And now for something different: a series of original characters, many intentional parodies or loosely derived from existing superheroes or superhero archetypes. "Capital City Adventures" is inspired by comics like FemForce, and is essentially classic, no frills superheroics with an emphasis on sexy superheroines. Main difference being is that I wanted to do something a bit more modern instead of the "good girl art/Golden Age/WWII nostalgia and gigantism fetish overload" of FemForce.

So yeah, if you don't like the more fanservicey elements of superheroes, well, don't look.

Anyway, moving on, here are the main superheroine protagonists...

Capital City Adventures: The Matriarchs, Part 1

                        Goldrush
Fitness model and professional fighter with the ability to transform into a superstrong metallic form.

                        Majesty
The leader. Your classic flying brick paragon, a runaway alien princess whose powers are psionically derived, ala Gladiator.

                        Shamaness
Spellcaster specializing in elemental magics. Think, Captain Planet without his flying brick or shapeshifting powers.

                          Techno-Girl
Newest and youngest member, resident tech-head. Something of an ascended fangirl, ala Ms. Marvel.

                          Witchbane
The broody "dark avenging" type, with an emphasis on fighting dark supernatural forces.

These are a lot of fun. Any chance we could get Bronze Tiger with his tiger head? I lurrrv that.

I like the designs of the Matriarchs, and I hope that their builds show up in Roll Call some day. That said, I notice that Hero machine gave Majesty, Shamaness, and Witchbane tiny (or non-existent) areolae.

On one day, one day for sure.

This isn't Hero Machine, it's "Fabrica de Herois", or "Heroes Factory" in English. It's similar to Hero Machine, but I much prefer the art style and functionality of this software over the other.

As for the anatomy, a lot of that is on me. Females don't come with such large tracts of land by default in the software, and as this is a setting/series with an emphasis on exaggerated sexiness (without diving fullbore into NSFW territory), I had to largely come up with these things from scratch. I probably overdid it a bit on how low cut and exposing the outfits are; with Witchbane at least it was unintentional, as the sword-like cut of her outfit isn't supposed to be so large and exposing, but I couldn't make it quite work at smaller sizes.

So yeah, you could probably say they have tiny or out of place areolae.
